Amazing! A wonderful experience! I felt so safe and taken care of. Everything went extremely well and turned out great! Dr. Kramer answered every question I had and explained it in terms I understood. The staff are so great! Took great care of me and were so kind. It can be scary having some work done but Dr. Kramer and his staff made it very easy and comfortable.

Start to finish this entire office has been amazing. I received smart lipo on my neck and I am extremely happy with my results and so happy I had Dr. J perform this procedure. So much follow up care, made me feel very cared for. Always answered all my silly questions.

Jenny is amazing! She took 10 years off of my face and made me feel beautiful! She is so kind, carful, sweet and very gentle. I’m an RN, so I was very critical of technique and presentation, but she exceeded all expectations.
